PERSONAL INFORMATION, DEPOSIT, PAYMENT

*Your personal information, along with all deposits & payments for accommodation will be processed by 3rd Coast Getaways, who will carry out your reservation and take payment in accordance with the policies set out below. *Your credit card statement will show the charges coming from 3rd Coast Getaways

Deposits & Cancellations

Standard Season

Cancellation Policy
To receive a refund on an existing reservation the guest must cancel 7 days or more prior to arrival. For qualifying reservations guest will be charge a 10% administrative fee based on the total amount of the reservation. If reservation is canceled within 7 days of arrival the reservation will be non-refundable. If guest decides to leave early after check-in, the unused nights will be non-refundable.


Deposit Policy
A 50% deposit is due at time of reservation and the remaining balance is due 7 days prior to arrival

Peak Season

For qualifying reservations guest will be charge a 10% administrative fee based on the total amount of the reservation. If reservation is canceled within 30 days of arrival the reservation will be non-refundable. If guest decides to leave early after check-in, the unused nights will be non-refundable.


Deposit Policy
Feb 14, 2025 - Feb 22, 2025, Dec 20, 2024 - Jan 4, 2025, Feb 16, 2024 - Feb 24, 2024
A 50% deposit is due at time of reservation and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival

Full payment of any activities (golf, massages, etc.) is due at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION, CHANGE OR NO-SHOW

**Note: Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover any unforeseen events

CHECK OUT

If not checked out by 10:00 A.M. , you may be charged up to $100. If not checked out by 4:00 P.M., you may be charged up to 1/2 of one nights lodging. After 4:00 P.M., you will be charged 1 full nights lodging.

HOUSEKEEPING

*A one-time cleaning fee applies to all reservations . Daily housekeeping services are not included in any stay but may be added at an additional cost. Please contact the front desk to inquire about housekeeping costs and to request housekeeping services. We do require a minimum of 24 hour notice for all housekeeping services. 

RENTAL AGE RESTRICTIONS

3rd Coast Getaways requires that the responsible guest of the reservation be a minimum of 21 years or older and be present for the entire stay. This guest is required to provide the following upon check-in: a valid ID as proof of identification; a valid credit card imprint as a security deposit upon check-in; sign a registration card for the condo rented.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY

Each residence can accommodate a specified number of guests. Upon reservation it is mandatory to give the exact number of guests that will be staying in the unit. Guests should notified 3rd Coast Getaways of any increase in the size of their party. Upon arrival you should fill the registration card with the names and ages of each member in your party. 3rd Coast Getaways reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any guests not respecting this policy. Each unit has a maximum occupancy that is not to be exceeded.

PETS

We love our four legged pals but there are some rules to bringing your dog on vacation.

Our policies on dog-friendly homes are: 

  • Must be non-shedding
  • Must be less than 35 pounds
  • Must be clean and well-trained
  • Must not sit or lie on the furniture
  • Must not be left alone, to bark or cry the time away
  • Food and water dish must be placed on a tiled floor
  • Must be kept on leash outside

Owners are responsible to clean up after their dog.

There is a $65 fee, plus taxes, for your dog-friendly stay. Certain units only are pet friendly so please refer to the dog-friendly unit list.

SMOKING

All units are non-smoking. Smoking penalty is $1,000.00. The fine will be charged to the credit card we have on file for your reservation.

SPECIFIC PROPERTIES

Please note that all Property Requests are Requests Only and specific units are not guaranteed. In the event of a necessary, unforeseen move, 3rd Coast Getaways reserves the right to provide alternate accommodations of equal or upgraded value.

PEACE OF MIND PROGRAM

The Reservation Fee charged on your booking includes the Peace of Mind (POM) damage coverage program. POM provides up to $3,000 of coverage against accidental damage to the unit or its contents during your stay. You are encouraged, but not required, to report any accidents so they can be addressed quickly. Damage that exceeds $3,000 in value or is related to carelessness, vandalism, intentional misuse of the property, or illegal activities is not covered by the Peace of Mind program. Such costs will be your responsibility and will be charged against the credit card on file with your reservation.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We recommend you take private travel insurance in case of sickness before your stay. The cancellation policy, change of date's policy, and modification policy apply to all reasons for cancellation. This includes cancellations due to reasons of sickness, accidents or death.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions you authorize 3rd Coast Getaways to charge your credit card for any damages or theft that occur during your stay, for long-distance phone charges and housekeeping or house manager services incurred during your stay and for any applicable charges as outlined above.
